Take a small batch of dark green icing and put it into an icing bag with a No. 2 tip. On one side of the witch's head, outline the eyes, nose, mouth and teeth.

With white icing and a No. 3 icing brush, paint in the witch's eyes and teeth.

With the batch of dark blue icing and a No. 8 icing brush, paint the witch's hat entirely., Paint the inside of the witch's mouth except for the teeth with a No. 3 brush.

With the batch of light blue icing in an icing bag with a No. 2 tip, add a decorative outlining to the witch's hat. Also fill in each of the witch's eyes with a blue circle.

With the dark blue icing and a No. 3 icing brush, paint in the witch's pupils.

With the batch of gray icing in an icing bag and a No. 2 tip, add gray strands of hair on each side of the witch's head.

With some light green icing glue the witch's nose onto the center of the witch's face.
