Once the pieces are cut, you can begin icing the pieces together.

Icing for Connecting:
In a medium mixer bowl, whip one egg white with a beater at high speed for about 3 minutes or until fluffy white. Gradually add 3 cups sifted powder sugar to the egg white and beat until thoroughly mixed.

Connecting the Pieces:
For the witch's head, start with one piece for the base. Coat a second piece with icing on the 2 sides and on the bottom. Glue it to the base piece. Coat a third piece with icing the same way as the second. Connect it adjacent to the second piece and the base. Continue this process until all 4 sides and the base are connected.

For the witch's hat, start with the triangle piece. Coat the bottom side of the triangle piece with icing and glue it to the center of the hat's base piece.

For the witch's nose, coat the longest side of the nose piece with icing and glue it to the center of the side that will be the witch's face. (Note: it is recommended to glue this piece after the face and nose is completely decorated)
